This isn’t the sort of post that we want to write, but we are having to. Your deliveries are important to us and when things happen that affect them, we need to let you know.
Our fulfilment partners – APC and their network are currently struggling under the strain of several challenges. Both Covid and Brexit are creating severe staff shortages and we’re sure that you have seen the news coverage of this nationwide problem. Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas have placed extra strain on an already struggling network. The huge volume of parcels and the shortage of drivers is creating a perfect storm that is significantly beyond our control.
We are finding that orders are getting through but taking longer than expected. Some orders are being partially delivered across two deliveries.
