FLOAT PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18+ only, excluding employees of Candia UK, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.
  2. All entries must have been received by 11:45 PM on 30/09/2024.
  3. To enter, just fill in the form, including telling us your name, email address and postal address and answer the questions. 
  4. The winners will be the first randomly chosen entry received through the survey form on the website.
  5. The winner will receive a Bodum French Press similar to the above as their prize.
  6. Ten runners up will receive one of our canvas tote bags. 
  7. Winner will be notified by email when we will request your postal address. 
  8. We must receive a response within 7 days or the prize will pass to a reserve winner. 
  9. Main prizes will be sent to the address given.
  10. In the event that any of the above items are unavailable for reasons outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to award a different prize of equal or greater value without prior warning.
  11. The prizes are as stated and are not transferable or negotiable. No cash or credit terms will be offered. Upon request, the winners’ names and counties will be made available.
  12. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed. Proof of sending is not proof of entry.
  14. The winner will be informed by email within one week of the draw.
  15. By entering this promotion you consent to your entry being used by the Promoter for marketing purposes worldwide and free of charge including in social media.
  16. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
